Superpumper buys Garrison Bay Express
By STU MERRY

Thursday will be the last day of business for owner Mike Rud of the Garrison Bay Express. While the name will stay the same, come Friday, the business, located on Highway 37, will be under new ownership.
Rud announced Monday that he has sold the operation to Superpumper, Inc., of Minot.
Rud, who is president of the North Dakota Petroleum Marketers in Bismarck, assures that nothing will change in service, and that customers can expect the same satisfaction people have been used to for the past 13 years when the Rud family business first came to Garrison.
Kris Wolla, general manager with Superpumper, said the Garrison location is a perfect fit as it is close to corporate offices in Minot.
Wolla said for now, things will remain the same. He added the company plans to do a full remodel of the store in the spring.
