Community daycare headed to Garrison
The Lady Troopers headed to Wilton for the play in game to head into regional play.
Even though Wilton struggled with serves during the first set, they made up with well-placed tips over the net. The Miners were able to take the first set 25-13.
In the second set the Troopers were able to maintain a substantial lead throughout, leading by six for a time. The Miners charged back and took control of the set at 14-14. It came down to the wire as the score was tied at 24-24 but Wilton was able to pull off two more points sending in 26-24 in Wilton’s favor.
