Dickens is looking for Urchins
There is a Street Urchin shortage for the Dickens Village Festival this year.
Pastor Janis Sloka has been the Urchin Coordinator for the Dickens for 15 years
The Urchin commitment is just one evening from 4-6 p.m.
The group will walk Main Street and go into Warming Houses singing Christmas Carols while collecting “coppers” from Dicken’s visitors.
All money collected by the urchins will be donated directly to Gifts from the Heart.
