Queen Elizabus’ little brother has arrived in Garrison to stay.
A vintage style trolley car from Clearwater, Florida, arrived in Garrison Wednesday morning.
The trolley, purchased from the Jolley Trolley Transportation of Clearwater, Inc., has been dubbed  The Wally Trolley by the Garrison Area Improvement Association.
The trolley will enhance the relationship between the city of Garrison and Fort Stevenson State Park, explained Deb Stoppler, GAIA coordinator.
Through the trolley, it will ferry campers and others from the park to the city “to eat, shop and take advantage of our activities,” she said.
“I think that the folks who are camping over there, sometimes they are hesitant to unhook and drive to town,” Stoppler said. “They aren’t aware of what’s going on around them. This will create that awareness.”
Additionally, the Wally Trolly will be used along with its larger counterpart, the Queen Elizabus, during the Dickens Festival.
The trolley has been likened to the Elizabus, not only because it is a novelty mode of transportation, but also because of the colors. The Wally Trolley has a red bottom, a yellow top and yellow trim.
The trolley includes seating in a front enclosed space, as well as rear seating with an open area; a plastic curtain can be secured to make it closed. The trolley is also outfitted with a wheelchair lift.
