Those are just three questions on a survey now underway that focuses on what area residents deem as assets and liabilities of the community and the health care that’s provided.
In an effort to gauge the overall health needs of the community, CHI St. Alexius Health-Garrison is surveying area residents now through April 1.
Once concluded, the survey will let local providers learn about the community’s awareness of local health care services being provided, hear suggestions and help identify any gaps in services, learn about community health and other concerns, and determine preferences for using local health care versus traveling to other facilities.
