Judge sentences Garrison man to 20 years
A 46-year-old Garrison man was sentenced to 20 years for charges relating to attempted murder charges stemming from an incident at the North Shore Inn and Suites.
According to the verdict form which was obtained through a public record request through District Court 28, District Court Judge Bonnie Storbakken sentenced Jason Chamberlain on Dec. 19., after his jury trial in Morton County and was found guilty of attempted murder. He has previously pleaded guilty to the charges of terrorizing and reckless endangerment.
