Laced creation
Kathy Ilse of Bismarck was among the dozen who gathered at Fort Stevenson State Park to learn how to weave Ojibwa snow shoes. The day long class taught how to lace the long hardwood Native American snow shoes that are designed for deep snow and wide open spaces.
