Meet the lone angler to fish all 50 Governor’s Cups
“It’s like a family reunion,” Governor’s Walleye Cup angler Bill Marshall said. “You see guys at this tournament at the meal or rules meeting, and even out of the water that you don’t see any other time during the year.”
These next two weeks with the Governor’s Cup Fishing Tournament and the Men’s Prairie Scramble (Garrison’s largest golf tournament) are the highlights of his summer. These are events that he looks forward to all year long.
And Marshall wouldn’t miss either of them for the world.
