Minot-based providers charged with felonies
MINOT — Two healthcare providers, including a Garrison resident, were ordered to attend a pretrial conference in North Central Judicial District Court Wednesday regarding a series of felonies relating to reckless endangerment and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
An affidavit of probable cause stated that during the approximate period of Feb. 10, 2020, through Feb. 10, 2023, Desiree Desjardins of Garrison and Jennifer Napora of Surrey each committed four counts of reckless endangerment and one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, while working at Lakeview Health Clinic in Minot.
