New computer business offers variety of services

Garrison Computer Solution, a new business, opened its doors Oct. 4. The business is owned and operated by two long-time friends who have extensive computer experience.
The two, Juan Barajas and Marc Ruiz, both hail from Yuma Ariz. Barajas, a native of Redwood City, Calif.is married and has a four-year-old son. He arrived in North Dakota late summer with plans to work in the oil patch. That idea was short-lived due to a back injury.
During phone/text conversations with Jake Massie, plant manager for Johnny’s Ready Mix, he heard the local business needed someone to assist with computer work. John Biederman, owner of the ready-mix company, not only hired him for computer work, he offered office space if Barajas was interested in opening a computer business in Garrison. Barajas was not only interested, he offered Ruiz a chance to become a partner in the business.
The two shared information about their services and their professional experience. Barajas, said, "I’ve been working on computers for about 10 years." Much of his experience has been as a computer technician employed to provide remote computer support.
