Ryder man charged with 7 felony counts related to child pornography
A former Garrison Public School employee is being charged with seven counts of class C felonies for possession of certain materials prohibited.
James Hagen, born 1979, had his initial appearance on May 30 in Ward County, and a cash bond was set at $10,000 on June 2.
A pretrial hearing and/or arraignment has been set for 9 a.m. July 3 in Ward County.
Garrison Public School Superintendent Nick Klemisch confirmed Hagen’s prior employment with the school district, stating he had been terminated.
