Tis the “Season” to welcome a new bakery
When the building at the top of Main Street in Garrison became available, Season Parlier jumped on the opportunity to open Seasons Bake and Brew.
“When I found out she was closing, I knew it was now or never,” Parlier said.
She took over the location in September but has really put the renovation in high gear for the last few weeks. New floors have gone in, beautiful hand painted murals by her daughter are on the walls, and new furniture have been brought in.
“I want it to be cozy. I want people to be able to come in and sit and talk,” Parlier said.
Parlier’s son Javier added, “It’s very family oriented.”
Parlier has been selling baked goods from her bakehouse at her home just outside of Garrison but was ready to grow her business.
