Two face felony charges in McLean County Museum theft case
Two McLean County residents are facing felony charges after they were arrested in connection with a theft from the McLean County Museum in Washburn.
Amy Tedford, born 1993, and Roger Heinle, born 1970, both of Washburn were arrested on multiple felony charges in August.
Heinle, who is being represented by retained attorney Carey Ann Goetz, faces five felony counts including:
Conspiracy to commit theft – taking $10,000 to $50,000 (Class-B)
Possession of a controlled substance – second offence (Class-C)
Theft – taking/dealing in stolen property (Class-C)
Unlawful possession of a firearm – felon or violent misdemeanor (Class-C)
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – manufacture SI, SII, SIII – second offense (Class-C).
Tedford, who is being represented by retained attorney Joshua Lorenzo Weatherspoon, faces two felony charges including:
Conspiracy to commit theft – taking $10,000 to $50,000 (Class-B)
Theft – taking/dealing in stolen property (Class-C).
