Welcome Junction City
David Iverson, owner of the new bar and grill, Junction City Bar ‘n Grill in Max has estimated the date of opening around Wednesday, April 8, if all goes as planned.
Mr. Iverson and his Managing Partner, Michelle Peterson-Lies, have been working very hard with renovations of the building and imaginative new menus in preparation of the opening of the establishment.
Among the interior renovations are beautiful new plank type flooring in dining and bar areas, fresh paint throughout, and a huge custom-made horseshoe bar. Outdoor spaces are also changing with renovations of the front deck and building entrances. There will be a designated area in the bar with gaming machines and pool tables.
There will also be a dedicated family area within the bar and there is also a large dining room separate from the bar area.
Several kid-friendly vending machines will be in the dining room.
