Woman pleads guilty to felony theft, forgery

A Minnesota woman was sentenced after pleading guilty to multiple felony charges related to theft and forgery. 
On April 15, Shannon Olson, born 1963, of Wheaton, Minnesota, pleaded guilty to four felony charges including: 
Class A exploitation of an eligible adult – victim lacks capacity to consent – over $50,000 
Class A theft-take-over $50,000 
Class A forgery – make-over $50,000 
Class B unauthorized use of personal identifying info – obtain credit – over $1,000. 
Shannon, who was represented by Attorney Tyler Morrow, faced sentencing the next day. She was sentenced to seven years in prison for six years and 349 days suspended for three years supervised probation. She received credit for 16 days time served. 
In addition, she was ordered to pay $253,000 in fines and fees, of which $3,850 was waived.
