Youth fitness group is bobbin’ and weavin’
There’s something up downstairs at the Evangel Church in Garrison.
A few weeks ago, Dan Vallejo and Emilio Prince started a fitness group for kids that meet on Wednesday and Friday evenings in the basement of the Evangel Church.
“I didn’t see that there was anything for them to do. So, I spoke with Pastor Cory to see if it could be a good thing to do, to teach to anyone, boys and girls,” Head Coach Vallejo said. “We decided to try for eight to twelve-year-olds and have had a pretty good turn out.”
